How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental U.S. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that customized or engraved products are final sale.
Are Stanley products dishwasher safe?
Most of our products, including the Quencher H2.0 FlowState Tumbler, are dishwasher safe. However, to preserve the finish of decorative patterns, we recommend hand washing.
Do you offer a warranty on your drinkware?

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. You may return the item once it arrives.
